It’s time to party again! Join us for our 9th Annual Spring Cocktail Party. We are bringing back Rocklands BBQ food truck! Menu items include: BBQ beef brisket, pulled chicken, and pork. A variety of sides such as: bacon broccoli salad, ceasar salad, slaw-red & green cabbage, peas, carrots, cucumber salad- cucumbers, red onions, with mint raspberry dressing, black bean salad- carrots, onion, red/green peppers, and cilantro. Last but not least, Mama Cui will be making her famous Filipino Pancit.

Festivities start at 6pm. As always guests are welcome. Please RSVP as soon as possible for planning purposes.

Please join the party on Friday May 18th at 6pm to celebrate LiveFIT Studio’s 8th Anniversary.

Uncle Julio’s Rio Grande will be catering our event this year. Some of the featured items include:

– Uncle Julio’s famous Fajita Fiesta consisting of grilled skirt steak and chicken (grilled fresh on site!). Accompanied with grilled onions, tomatoes and jalapenos. Served with fresh flour tortillas.

– grilled vegetable platter of onion, zuchini, squash, musrooms, and tomatoes.
– fresh pico de gallo and delicious guacamole.
– Uncle Julio’s fresh chips and amazing salsa.
– charro beans & rice and more..

Last but not least, Chris’s momma will be making her famous Filipino Pancit.

Expect an assortment of sangria and drinks as well!

Merriment starts at 6pm at the Studio.

It’s spring time at LiveFIT Studio and that means it’s time for another spring bash!

This year’s party will feature Rito Loco’s taco food truck! Choose two tacos of any combination of chicken, grilled steak, or Caribbean inspired fish. Rito’s amazing chips and assorted salsas will also be included. And back by popular demand is Chris’s mother’s Philippine pancit. Assorted drinks & margaritas will also be featured this year!

Massage Therapist Patrick Crawford will be offering complimentary 10 min chair massages!

Friends are always welcome. Please RSVP as soon as possible but no later than Tuesday May 16th. Let us know if you did not receive an Evite invitation email!

Sorry folks a little late posting these pictures of our awesome party. It’s always fun to see everyone out of their sweaty workout clothes! Our August Food & Friends will feature tender marinated skirt steak grilled to perfection. Roasted medallion lightly seasoned potatoes accompanied by Portuguese sweet peas with poached eggs stew. On the side you’ll see a traditional Portuguese carrot and garlic dish. Appetizer will include grilled eggplant, roasted red and yellow bell pepper, and avocado dips served with grilled pita bread. Almond vanilla ice cream with stuffed figs will finish off this amazing meal. Mama Mendes will make the stuffed figs herself while she is here visiting from Portugal. Don’t miss this one. If my mother were sitting at the table with us she would tell you that this is one of my favorite Portuguse dishes ever. As a child I used to spend some summers in Portugal and practically ate this every day! Piri-Piri chicken is how grilled chicken is traditionally done in Portugal. I know you will enjoy it as much as I do.
