LiveFIT will be teaching after school Kids Bootcamps and Kids Yoga classes in Arlington schools. As a native of Arlington it will be a very fulfilling experience on a personal level to work with the kids in our community. Kids Bootcamps and Kids Yoga classes will begin in the Fall of 2013 at elementary schools throughout Arlington county. LiveFIT firmly believes that our kids deserve the best programs available and we are ready for the challenge.

Kids Bootcamp will challenge kids both physically and mentally. Class is comprised of calisthenics, drills, and intervals training. It will increase each student's stamina, endurance, agility, and coordination. Many of the drills are done interactively with other students so they will work together to accomplish the specific goal. Students will achieve a sense of accomplishment and exhilaration in a fun environment.

Kids Yoga is challenging yet playful way for your kids to practice yoga with kids of similar ages. It's fitness, friends, and fun combined! Learn all the basic yoga positions and how to keep their growing bodies grounded.
