Our fall hike is at Burke Lake this year on Saturday November 10th. This hike is 4.7 miles long and is for beginners. The trail is flat and runs around the entire lake.

We are departing from LiveFIT Studio at 8am sharp. Please arrive a few minutes before and plan to carpool if able. It will take about 35 minutes to get to the parking lot where we will begin the hike. It will take no longer than 1.5 hours at most to complete this hike.

Please bring water and check the weather before leaving your house. Hope to see everyone on the 10th!
