1/2 Ts. Kosher Salt
1 Ts. Olive Oil
1/2 Ts. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 ts. Onion Powder
1/2 ts. Crushed Red Pepper
1/2 Bundle of Asparagus
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
Handful of Sliced Mushrooms
Whole Wheat Angel Hair Pasta
1. In a medium pot, bring 3 cups
of water to a boil, add salt,
and angel hair pasta. Boil
angel hair for about 2-4 min
or until ready.
2. Thinly slice steak.
3. Chop asparagus, red bell
pepper and wash mushrooms.
1. Heat 1 Ts. of olive oil on
high heat in a medium frying pan.
2. Add steak, crushed red pepper,
and onion powder.
3. Stir fry for 1 – 2 mins.
4. Add asparagus, red bell
pepper, and mushrooms.
1. Stir fry for about 2 – 4 mins.
2. Reduce heat to medium.
1. Drain angel hair and add
to stir fry mixture.
2. Add soy sauce and stir for 1 min.
*Use caution not to allow angel hair
to stick to frying pan.*
3. Turn off heat.
